LFDY01-1離子風槍是一款手持式的靜電消除專用設備。屬噴嘴式除靜電產品的一種。具有安裝簡易、工作安全穩定、消除靜電速度快的特點。特別適合于各種卷繞式機器和印刷機器以及流水線上使用。
第一節：作用原理
LFDY01-1離子風槍產生大量的帶有正負電荷的氣團，并用壓縮空氣快速吹出，將經過它離子輻射區內的物體上所帶的電荷中和掉。當物體表面所帶為負電荷時，它會吸引輻射區內的正電荷，當物體表面所帶為正電荷時，它會吸引輻射區內的負電荷，從而使物體表面上的靜電被中和，達到消除靜電的目的。

第五節:安裝及操作:
LFDY01-1離子風槍要配備DY01-1高壓發生器一起使用。將風槍連接線末端帶旋鈕的插頭插入高壓發生器高壓輸出插孔，旋鈕順時針旋轉到頭，然后將風槍連線的接地線連接到高壓發生器外側的接地柱上，并確認接地良好后，將高壓發生器的電源插頭插入帶有接地線的插座上（注意高壓發生器的使用電壓），將風槍電源固定安裝到合適的位
置，插上壓縮氣管，打開高壓發生器電源即可工作。離子風槍在使用一段時間后,離子針周圍會發生積塵,請定期進行清潔.清潔時要關
斷電源。

TheLFDY01-1IonizingAirGunisdesignedtoworkwiththeTheLFDY01-1powersupplyat5.6kvA.C.output.Caremustbetakennottoconnecttoavoltageotherthanthe4.6kvspecified,otherwisepermanentdamagetotheproductmayoccur.NB:Donotoperate
inflammableorexplosiveatmospheres.PleaseensurethattheH.T.cablesecuringglandisfirmlytightened–Thisinsuresagoodearthconnection.Failuretofitsecurelywillpreventionizationandmayresultinthepistolbecominglive,whichcancauseoperatorshocks–Whilstharmlessthisexperiencecanbeunpleasant.
Maintenance
Keeptheguncleanandfreefromoil,waterandparticlecontamination.Useairdryingandcleaningfilterregulatorwith5micronfiltration.Ensurethatallconnections,pipeworkandfilterregulatorswillallowminimum15CFMofairflow.Cleanandpurgefilterregulatorsperiodicallyandcheckforcontaminationintheairdeliverypipe.Cleanaroundtheelectrodepinwithapipecleanerorcylindricalsoftbrassbrush.Ensuretheplasticinnerliningisfreefromgreyorblackcarbonizedresidue.Thepointoftheelectrodepincanbecleanedbypushingapencilenderaserontotheelectrodepinandrotating.Blowouttheloosedebrisandre-fitthenozzlecapbeforere-connectingthehighvoltagesupplyandoperating.

1.保用期凡本公司出售的產品保用期為一年，自出售日起一年內因產品自身機件、材料及工藝問題造成的質量問題，本公司免費修理。
